We have efficiency, single bedroom apartments, and competitively priced two to four bedroom apartments and houses. No matter which apartment or house you choose, I hope you will move in, plant some flowers, and call it home for a long while.
Once you have selected and apartment from our ad that you'd like to see, feel free to drive by and check out the neighborhood, but please don't disturb the current tenants. We always meet our prospective tenants to show them the apartment, and never ask our current tenants to show their apartments. We charge a $32 fee on all applications. Most of our leases are for one year, and then go to a month-to-month tenancy thereafter, except in the OSU area, where all leases start with the academic year in August. Sometimes we will lease some units for a shorter term at a premium.
When you rent from us, you won't be dealing with a big, impersonal management company. We own, manage, renovate, and maintain all our own units.
